The Client agrees to receive communications from the Company via SMS and phone calls regarding the status of their claim, updates on documentation requirements, appointment scheduling, and other relevant matters related to the adjustment process.

5. Privacy and Consent

The Company respects the privacy of its clients and will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By providing personal information to the Company, the Client consents to the use of such information for the purpose of facilitating the adjustment process.

6. SMS and Phone Communication

The Client acknowledges and agrees to receive SMS and phone calls from the Company’s representatives regarding their insurance claim. The Client understands that standard messaging and call rates may apply, depending on their mobile service provider.

7. Opt-Out

The Client has the right to opt-out of receiving SMS and phone communications from the Company at any time. To do so, the Client must notify the Company in writing or through the designated opt-out mechanism provided by the Company.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of SMS and phone communication, including but not limited to delays, interruptions, or errors in transmission.

9. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Company’s services following such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
